One of the worst massages I’ve experienced. The room was very cold so I started to get a runny nose. The massage therapist did not ask if the pressure was alright or if I wished for harder or looser pressure at all, and I barely felt the pressure or her massaging me so it was hard to relax and be satisfied. Have contacted the spa and complained - got 0 help and understanding and the spa manager stooped answering me after 1 email - horrible!!!!
