Hannah was superb - I was super tense and she worked on my shoulders until they loosened, asking all the whole of I was ok.

The atmosphere was wonderful and the therapists kind and friendly. For the price, all 3 treatments were far too basic. I expected steam, a mask, extractions and/or serums with the facial. I expected a foot soak, ‘cheese grater’ on dead skins, cuticles cut on fingers/toes etc. All 3 treatments were far to basic for the price.

Description of treatment needs to be more accurate. Didn’t get what I thought I paid for? The colour I chose was Out of stock so I had to choose another colour. My nail technician told me I was her second client she’s training at college. It was an experience I wouldn’t pay £31 for again. Sorry
