Lovely spa, friendly therapist. The back massage was nice - I would have liked more of a discussion about personal requests / pressure, areas of concern etc. However, it was still a nice relaxing massage.
The deluxe facial was really lovely. Again, would have liked a little more discussion about what was happening / what products were being used etc, but the treatment was very relaxing and my skin felt wonderful afterwards

We had a really lovely experience. The spa facilities were clean and well maintained, the staff were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful and the treatments were super relaxing and really professional. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. A really lovely experience.
Relaxing Massage
This was our first stay at Waterside Holiday Park. Beautiful location and facilities. We were a family of 6, accommodation was plush with free upgrade to a hot tub. Only four dining chairs.We did have decking so that was handy for lunch but rather chilly in the evening so couldn't all sit together to eat. One sofa was extremely dirty and had not been cleaned in along time (our dice rolled under it). Also the rug in the lounge was very dirty and discoloured. Apart from this it was a good stay.
