The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because my 15 year old daughter got turned away for being too young for a facial.
There was no advertising on the site and I walked away feeling bad that my daughter could not have what I promised, sort your site out please!

The spa facilities were fantastic - clean and modern with great care from the staff who provided us with ice water and robes. The massage from Emma was absolutely incredible - both myself and my friend agreed it was the best back massage we have ever had!
