Phoenix was very welcoming and informative. Her skills were those of a therapist with 30 years experience. It was the best treatments I have ever had. The spa was lovely. Cannot wait to return when the sauna and steam room is open.
Only one small criticism was that the massage room was a little cold otherwise everything was superb!
