This was my first experience in the spa. Melissa was very good, easy to talk to and welcoming as well as good with eyebrow waxing.

There weren't any problems, the entry into the spa was nice but the room wasn't that inviting, there wasn't a towel or anything around the head area for when facing down, having a face mask on for the back massage wasn't nice but we didn't need to wear it when we turned on our back, seemed strange. Melissa was lovely and asked if the pressure was ok and I said to be as hard as she wants but it was still very soft. It was a nice experience but just a couple of things could make it better
