I didn't like that the appointment wasn't on time, 10 min wait is ok sometimes but not over half an hour. The hair cut was ok, I got what I asked for.

Myself and my husband were treated with warmth and respect, I really appreciated the advise Whitney gave me and consequently will be back for more treatments, All staff appeared happy which is a fantastic sign that they are working in a healthy environment
