My wax was quick and relatively painless, the speed made it all the more easier to bear. Very tentative and gentle when near sensitive parts.

It was great! The lady was lovely (can’t remember her name sorry!) and v chatty and also incredibly thorough. Didn’t hurt at all either so it was a very good experience

Took forever (which seems consistent with the other reviews) + seemed to want to use tweazers to get the hairs she missed (of which there was a lot). The combination of this meant that it was the most painful wax of my life (and I've had A LOT). I was in so much pain that I had floods of tears & had to ask her to stop, so now I still have a patch of hair. Despite all this Sara was really very lovely, but tbh that is not enough to make up for the rest of the experience.
