The wax was good but the hot wax didn't work so had to use strips. Unfortunately a slight language barrier so wasn't able to discuss much further which would be best for me.
Overall satisfied with the wax, would have preferred more of a discussion about it beforehand/ during when the hot wax no longer worked.
