I had such a great experience getting my wax done! The environment was clean, relaxing, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The technician was super professional and friendly, taking the time to explain the aftercare clearly, which I really appreciated.
The whole process was much more comfortable than I expected, and her attention to detail was amazing. x

I hadn’t had a wax for years and is quite sensitive in the area, going away to celebrate my 45th birthday and I thought why not?
Courtney was so friendly, professional and caring!
She managed to ease my nerves and at the same time did a great job!
Defo go back again ( and not leave it so long next time!)

I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my appointment was, as I tend to get anxious when doing treatments like this, but on arrival greeted by Courtney who made me feel so relaxed, so the anxiety was no longer there, she made me feel so comfortable an attended to getting me settled in the treatment room,which is a beautiful bright warm environment, through out my treatment, Courtney was engaging with me of each steps that is being done in which assured me how skilled, professional pleasant she is.
