From the start Angela was very friendly and welcoming. She put me at ease, kept our conversation going through the slightly more painful moments (due to my own pain threshold!) to make it less so which really helped. I will return as Angela was very knowledgeable, friendly and the result of my waxing was excellent- Thank you Angela
