Great customer service, I've never had a Hollywood with as little pain as with Louise, clearly an experienced hand. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable, prices are decent as well

Let's be honest, bikini waxes are not something we look forward to. But this was genuinely one of the least painful, least excruciating waxes I've ever had. Louise was great, really listened and did a great, thorough, professional job. Highly recommended.
