Kaela is brilliant! Kept me at ease throughout the whole wax and made what can usually be a painful experience, one of the most painless ones! I am so happy with my wax and experience here, as well as using the Treatwell app which was very easy to use- I definitely recommend Wax HQ and it'll be my regular place in Glasgow. Thank you Kaela!

Charlie was the best! She made the entire experience worth 5 stars. She was friendly, accommodating, efficient and thorough. The background music took me by surprise. I am used to relaxing spa music, but I had 90's pop music during my waxing service. I also didn't like that it was too bright. They could maybe use focused lights for the area to be waxed or have eye covers for the customers.
