Hi, I was looking forward to having an LVL treatment done for my holidays, as I’d never had it before. I got it done on the Friday as I was going away on the Saturday. On the Saturday it looked as if I’d had nothing done, I am very disappointed and upset as it was waste of my money.

Amazing. Was made so welcome on my first visit. Room was clean and bright. Very chatty and put at ease. Very quick and rather painless with the type of wax used. Would definitely go back
