The actual treatment was fine, quick and efficient - she gave me a good shape. However customer service wasn’t great, they weren’t very friendly or chatty and she didn’t actually ask specifically what I wanted for my brows, just went straight in with how she thought. I also think that the store could have been cleaner considering the current pandemic, the treatment bed I had to lay on had a paper sheet that wasn’t changed from the customer before me, and not everyone working was wearing a mask?!
