This was my first time at Wax On and Rachel was so lovely and made me feel very at ease. The wax itself was amazing! The specific wax Rachel uses is so gentle, and of course you still feel what’s going on, but compared to my first wax this was a dream! Also in terms of Covid measures, Rachel wore a face guard the entire time gloves, and I kept my mask on for the treatment and sanitised. Would 100% recommend!!

Rachel was really lovely and professional. My wax was one of the least painful I've had and the results are great. Rachel also gave me really helpful and informed advice. I'll definitely be going back!

Honestly such a nice wax - super friendly and chatty and it was one of the least painful waxed I’ve had! Definitely recommend!
