Rachel is so so lovely and welcoming. The venue is very clean and the treatment room was quiet. The lash dye was brilliant and has lasted. The lash lift is good but could perhaps be curlier as they’re not as lifted as much as they have been from other treatments.

Best wax I’ve had in London! Rachel was lovely and professional, and the wax was (almost) painless. Highly recommend 👍🏻
