Siobhan was completely set up and ready, completely covid aware and the place was immaculately clean. There are never any hygiene concerns when I visit wax pot but with the added covid concerns prior, these were put out of mind when I could see the care and attention to detail that had been taken. Always friendly and relaxing service. I can not recommend the wax pot highly enough.

I have had many waxes and this by far was the best one, siobhan is friendly and made me feel at ease and wasn't painful at all, place was clean and relaxing definitely will be going back
