Hanna was good, thorough and very nice, she suggested that I do a wax instead of sugaring cause I had shaved, a couple of hairs were still there on the side but nothing major, the only thing I would say to improve is to give a bit more time when the customer goes inside the booth to change, and when the wax is finished to leave the booth, since it was a bit awkward getting dressed while she was still there, to countdown when waxing & to converse a little. That’s it x

Karolina was amazing! I had the best wax and the loveliest time with Karolina. She made me feel so comfortable and took the time to wax the extra hard to reach bits I often can’t reach shaving. I will definitely be back :)
