Friendly and professional with excellent results!
I had a Brazilian wax here and came away feeling very happy with the results and pleasantly surprised with the service. The overall experience itself was good and the beautician was friendly, professional and clearly very experienced at what she does.
For Wax Pot:
I would suggest putting a sign in the doorway to make the place more welcoming from the street and easier to find - the gated door covered in graffiti might be a bit intimidating to some and it made visiting for the first time a bit tricky - which door, is this the correct building, which door bellā¦ this will make a huge difference to all your customers as it can create a welcoming entrance and sense of arrival. Iād also suggest changing the picture of the entrance, and description of location on Treatwell (it says arbutus studios - so I pushed the bell for that before I saw the wax pot london bell) change it to show the signage and new welcoming entrance so people know what to look out for. Although you donāt technically have a āshop frontā you can create one and this is will be a game changer for your biz.
I would also suggest not playing music when the person in the studio next door is playing music (which can be heard in the therapy room and is very loud) because the clash of two sounds is not relaxing. You might explore asking your neighbour to turn their music off or down when your doing long treatments but imagine that would be difficult - either way, playing more music over the top is probably worse than being able to hear just one sound from the neighbouring studio.
