The salon was one of the most unhygienic environments I have ever seen in my life. It was extremely dirty and unclean; a place I absolutely was not comfortable having a facial of all things done.
I have tried to seek a refund and it has been extremely difficult.
I could not reccomended anything less

I was extremely unhappy with this service. I wasn't given any privacy to change. The waxing was extremely painful and strips weren't ripped off quickly enough. When I made a sound due to the pain, the therapist told me "It's not painful. Others don't find it painful" instead of giving me support or telling me to pull the skin whilst she strips the wax like many other therapists do with their clients. I generally found the attitude very bad, and hair was left. I have no idea how this is 4.7*
