It was quick and as painless as expected. She politely asked if a little strip wax was okay after the hot wax which was appreciated.
The place itself felt very cheap and wasn't particularly inviting - would have expected more when the price was the same as places that are much nicer.

No frills but overall good. I have had better waxes - this one ended up taking about 45 mins - but the place was convenient, friendly staff and it wasn't a bad experience so would consider going again.
