Staff we super nice but was not happy with overall look of my eyebrows. One eyebrow ended up being waxed half off.

Waited over 40 mins for my appointment (which I had booked). Lots of hairs left on both bikini line and eyebrow area. Wax too hot on bikini line, and I was basically ignored when I raised this. Overall not a great experience
