I’ve been a loyal customer at WAXED, never missing an appointment. Last summer, my appointment was canceled with no notice. I traveled 40 minutes while 33 weeks pregnant, only to be told it was canceled without a call or goodwill gesture. Despite staying loyal, Trudie refused my recent request to reschedule due to my period, took £67 from my card, and wouldn’t discuss it. Her lack of flexibility and care is unacceptable. Avoid WAXED if you expect fair treatment.
