not great. very painful and aggressive treatment. I have had treatments for 10 years and have never had an experience as bad as this. no consideration for her customer I honestly felt assaulted and at her mercy - could not get out there fast enough.

It was my first time getting my eyebrows done by Alice, she was really helpful and asked how I liked my eyebrow shape to be. I haven’t had my eyebrows tinted in years and I am made up with how she did them, they are the best I have ever had them done.
