Pre-treatment: Clear instructions including tips on where to park - displays consideration rather than just do the treatment.
During treatment: Warm, friendly and welcoming. Made me comfortable given such a private treatment. Was conversational and efficient.
Post-treatment: Gave a pair of gloves for exfoliation.
I have booked a full body including intimate waxing in a few weeks. I would strongly recommend Karmy.
