For a first time wax, I was put at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Really appreciated the conversation mid wax as it took my mind off it and I felt relaxed. Room was super warm and homely too. The chocolate was a sweet gesture too. Will be coming back every time!

As someone with really light eyebrows I live in fear of beauty therapists not listening to me and leaving the dye on top long. The Queen was absolutely amazing and so patient and really took the time to make sure my eyebrows were perfect. Couldn’t be happier with them!
