guiliana is so friendly and warm from the get go - she is very easy to talk to and holds a good conversation. i have been to a few other places to have a wax around soho and guiliana is by far the best one i have ever been to and i will continue to go here from now on. other places double dip the stick into the wax which i hate and find really unhygienic but guiliana doesn’t, it’s a fresh stick every time! she gives good aftercare advice too which i’ve never had before. 🥰🥰🥰
