the lady that waxed me was nice, the rest of the staff there were really arrogant. Room was cold and uncomfortable. Wax went well until I got home, and noticed that big streaks of hairs were left on all parts that I got waxed that I got waxed. In my previous experience, the waxers made sure that if there was hair - it was tweezed. Very poor outcome, felt like going back to get my money back, won't visit again.

Excellent communication in booking my 1st appointment for Male Waxing. A little nervous with a change from going to Birmingham for male waxing treatment. Very professional service most painless way possible although it still hurts a little. Very good value for money and treatment done in a speedy time. Made to feel comfortable which is not easy when having a full body waxing. Will be back
