The treatment was quick and not too painful. I had to wait outside for a while before coming in as the reception desk was closed after 6pm.
Great wax! Great chat! So easy to do in my lunch hour. Look forward to trying the exfoliator :)

Not sure I would return as the therapist was 20 minutes late and offered no apology for this. Even an acknowledgement of the lateness would have been courteous but saying that, it was the cleanest wax I have had and excellent value.
Not a completely bad experience but customer service needs to be worked on.
