On the 5th floor with a broken lift on a hot day. 1 room with a curtain dividing you from reception makes you nervous about privacy.
My therapist was lovely, but lots of wax left in intimate areas which I was picking out the day after.
Not bad but a bit sparse on aesthetics.

We had a few issues because I hadn’t let my hair grow out enough but T did her best! The other staff were warm and chatty, I would come again.
