She's really chatty and lovely but gets a bit distracted and takes longer than it should. I usually go over my lunch break and want to be in and out asap. She's very personable and sweet though.

Despite the main reception staff leaving me waiting for 20mins as they got in a middle, the wax was great even if it was rapid. I don’t want to be in there any longer than necessary anyway! Tip: if main reception leave you hanging, call upstairs or just head on up!
