I have been to a few waxing places in the past, and it's always going to be painful, but Gillian is skilled at minimising the pain. I've also had missed stray hairs at other places, but never found any when I've been to Gillian.
She's also really nice and friendly, we always have a good chat, which helps to put you at ease.
Now I wouldn't go anywhere else.
