Gillian was very well presented and very friendly. Her wax treatment was the most 'painless' I have ever had. A couple of points to note1. I would have liked the treatment bed back to have been lowered so I didn't have to sit upright and 2. a towel to cover my upper legs would have been appreciated. I am happy to mention these points on my next visit.
