The whole experience was lovely, the location, the treatment and the staff. would highly recommend Waxville Beauty to others. The added bonus was it was relatively pain free, no idea how Gillian did it but will definitely be returning for other treatments!

Really impressed with Gillian and Waxville Beauty. Location is pretty easy to get to and has ample free parking. Treatment room is clean and relaxing, and allows for a more personal experience. Gillian is also incredibly friendly and listens to her clients' wishes and requirements, whilst also providing clear advice and further treatment plans. She was meticulous and professional, ensuring I was 100% happy before I left the treatment room for home. Also, I was really pleased to finally come into contact with a beautician that uses disposable gloves and the correct products to prevent staining when tinting - I have often come out of salons with stains on my eyebrows. Thanks Gillian.

My first time to go to Gillians and she was brilliant. Will definitely be going there in future.
I went to Gillian for a couple treatments over the weekend. Gillian soaked off my previous shellac whilst I browsed her colour choices with a lovely cup of tea! Decided on a gorgeous colour and I am delighted with the result. They are ridulously neat and look fabulous!
I also had a bikini wax and I cannot believe this, but it was literally pain free. The wax smelt divine too - "Berrylicious"!
Waxville uses hot wax rather than strip waxing and as they advertise, it is certainly their speciality.
The whole service from start to finish was completely professional with plenty of giggles along the way.
Gillian works hard to provide a relaxing and first class service.
I for one will certainly be returning.
Oh...And free parking on site which is an added bonus!
