Thank you to Michelle for giving me a lovely haircut. Michelle took time to understand I wanted to and walked me through each stage before she did it. She took good attention to detail and I walked out very happy.
A very nice atmosphere in the salon and I will make this my permanent go to in Crystal Palace.

The good - always had good results when coming for my eyelash tint or eyebrow wax
The bad - they don’t care about times and will often be running late, don’t seem to care about Treatwell bookings ie you won’t be booked with the stylist you chose, fairly unfriendly front staff, often rang/text me to change appt details, left with wax in my hair after most recent eyebrow wax. Will avoid in future now
