I thought I had booked a classic facial but I had booked a holistic facial. The lady was lovely but having experienced the holistic facial, it wasn't for me I'm afraid. Also, my massage should have been 30 minutes duration, it was only 20 minutes.

I had a wonderful neck, back and shoulder massage with Phyllida. Really relaxing but also worked out all my tension and knots! Would recommend to anyone.
