I had a fantastic neck and back massage from Justine, I carry a lot of stress in my shoulders / neck and Justine was very skilled at supplying the ideal pressure which meant it was not only relaxing but also releived the pain in my shoulder.

My reflexology with the therapist was very reassuring and comfortable. I was made to feel at ease and the massage helped to relieve the pain partly. I will return for more sessions.

The pros, parking , location and centre were good. However the main reason I made the appointment was to have a deep tissue massage after recent rigorous sports sessions. At no point during the massage was I asked about pressure levels. I stipulated I need more pressure at 40 min mark, that followed for 3 presurestrokes and back to rubbing oil on.It was worst masge I have ever had. I will not be going back or recommending for deep massage here. This was more of a soft crab crawl than deeptissue
