I really loved my relaxing massage with Phyllida. She helped me access the room and helped me get comfortable. She put me at ease and explained exactly what she was going to do. She listened to what I wanted and she respected my wishes. She was friendly and professional and I felt she was really looking after me, understanding my disability and helping me orientate in the room. The room was arranged beautifully with lovely relaxing music and a really nice atmosphere. All was exactly as I needed
