She had a lot of knowledge on skin and made sure I felt extremely comfortable the entire time. The treatment was done really well and she explained the science behind any issues i was facing and how to resolve them. I felt very content leaving the session and will definitely book again!

Chi is a lovely lady and the facial gave my skin a refresh from my usual neglect. Although booked a steam and extraction type facial, I received a peel type facial, which is an equal or better treatment. Had a relaxing hour, might try an acupuncture facial next time.
