No air con while the treatments happen in a basement without window. Main concern is on the cleanliness. I wish I could trust an establishment listed on Treatwell to have a certain standard when it comes to cleanliness.

Ran 15 minutes late for the appointment. “Treatment” room was filthy with a sticky floor. Wax was terrible - wax temperature very hot, lots of small sections missed and lots of hair still left on legs
