Well Life Physiotherapy & Massage was founded in 2014 by CEO and Lead Physiotherapist Lotoya Neil. From humble beginnings in a residential setting, we have now grown and expanded our service offering at our private practice in the heart of Oldbury, Sandwell.
We accept self-referrals and patients with private insurance including AXA, Aviva, Vitality, WPA, etc.
All of our therapists are qualified to the appropriate level and are registered with their respective governing bodies. Under our current specialisations, we deliver bespoke physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage and more to the local community, working with self-referrals, local businesses, sports centre’s, NHS, and Social Care settings. Our treatments are tailored to suit individual needs, to ensure that our patients get the best service possible.

Appointments are booked to suit your schedule and conducted in private treatment rooms, with wheelchair accessible and low sensory rooms available. Evidence- based treatments are discussed and agreed with you, because we believe patients should be involved in their care plans.
We aim to be at the forefront of research and education, to provide patients with value for money and evidence-based treatments. We work closely with higher education institutions to educate and provide practical experience to the next generation of physiotherapists, sports therapists and Occupational Health practitioners.
