After initially being apprehensive about attending I was soon put at ease by Katie. She carried out a very thorough examination of my troublesome knee and carried out several tests resulting in a range of exercises for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Katie to my family and friends.

The atmosphere was calm and I was greeted well. The therapist spent time with me and was really understanding. I am really grateful for the empathetic approach and the treatment. I was really impressed with the follow up email and exercise plan. I will definitely be back. Thank you
