Lovely venue , I booked an initial assessment, which I was advised involved treatment , the whole appointment lasted 35 minutes, very quick , where I was shown some stretches , & told I would be sent these , still not received these I was dissatisfied I did give consent to another training physio to be present in the room , but felt the appointment was rushed & did not receive any treatment apart from manipulation of the area.
This put me off booking in again

I was made to feel welcome and at ease. Lotoya got to the heart of my problem quickly, and I felt confident that her treatment and advice will help me resolve it quickly and allow me to continue with my favourite pastime of rambling
