She has helped me immensely by doing exercises with her & also at home. By doing them at home has reduced the dizziness. I have had 6 sessions and I feel a lot better and I am able to go back to work. She is very knowledgeable and has a very caring nature which made me feel at ease as soon as I met her. I thoroughly recommend her if you are suffering from vertigo/ dizziness or balance issues.
