Not thrilled at being charged £42 for a bias removal and just a gel polish replacement. Did ask for new BIABS but for some reason this was not related to the tech so overall not impressed. Had to pick up my dog from the groomers down the road so didn’t have time to argue the situation. Won’t be going back.

A little disappointed after reading some great reviews of this place. The whole experience felt very rushed. My nail tech was sweet until I accidentally smudged some of the gel as it was curing (my mistake) and he got annoyed about it and did not fix it for me. I understand it was my fault but the reaction was unnecessary and I would have expected him to fix the nail.
