Pros: - The place was clean - Didn't have to wait - Great selection of colours - Polite Cons: -My cuticles weren't shaped -Nails were filed down way too thin - it hurt -Could've done with another layer of polish -The TV wasn't on and the nail specialist doesn't talk to you, so it felt tedious
