Second visit to this place and to be honest the decor and ambience aren't too appealing if you came as I did for a traditional massage experience. It's a bit on the clinical side, for good reason as it seems primarily about treatment- when I booked a Swedish massage the therapist asked where my injury was that I had come to treat. So a little confusing to begin with and they are not a beauty salon.
That said the massage was brilliant- more like physio at times, but I felt I got my money's worth and will definitely be back.
Had a deep tissue massage / sports massage with Daniel and it definitely gave me a good relief on my calf muscle (which I injured during training). I went for a long run afterwards and felt great.
