Jenn was really warm and attentive. Put me at ease straight away. The room was lovely and peaceful. I felt relaxed and that’s not an easy thing for me to achieve. Jenn explained how reflexology worked and answered the questions I had about the treatment. It was my first time and I found it a nice way to unwind and switch off for a bit. I liked that Jenn was enthusiastic and passionate about her work. That makes a difference to know someone cares.

The room and masseuse were so cold I couldn’t enjoy. I was frozen solid.

Jenn was friendly and very professional: did a good needs assessment to start with so the massage effectively helped the areas of tension in my lower back. Will be back again.
