Horrific experience! The trainee decided to do my waxing as the beauticin hadn't arrived yet. She did a terrible job and I ended up with big bruises on my bikini line. Will definitely not go back

What I didn’t like: Cabin looked a bit dirty, didn’t let me a feeling of cleanliness. Treatment table is next to a wall so the therapist can really access your right side. Cotton pads put on my eyes were also used during the extraction. Could also heard phone conversation from the main room. She let me keep my clothes which is not the most relaxing thing. What I like: Hannah’s massage and her smile
