A mix up meant my appointment was half an hour late starting but the facial with massage was fantastic so I was willing to overlook it on this occasion and would go back to Hana.
Terrible experience - I turned up at my appointment time to find out that beautician has gone home. The other lady at the salon was also extremely unhelpful and unwelcoming. I called Treatwell to request a refund and the agent said I had to wait until they speak with the salon. So, I am standing in front of the salon, having paid for the appointment, left work early, travelled across the city, put numbing creamon my face, the beautician is not there - and all I am offered is to wait. Appouling.
Rather a long wait but when Hana did come, the treatment was very thorough with new treatments I hadn’t booked at the outsetrt also being added in a very flexible way.
