I had been suffering with a very sore neck and tight shoulders after a recent illness. Rute listened to me, asked questions to clarify and explained what she was doing and why, ie the benefits. Rute was lovely and friendly, I felt bet relaxed and comfortable in her presence and I left feeling so much better after my treatment.

I had a few foot and leg massages from Rute before thats why I keep coming for more appointments, really enjoy the foot exfoliating I come out of my treatment feeling very light on my legs and feet.
